135 & 143 W Girard Ave

Parallel Architecture Studio tasked to design the construction of two buildings on Girard Avenue. The proposed buildings will consist of seven stories, including a basement, mezzanine on the first floor, and a roof deck on the seventh floor. The purpose of this project is to provide vacant commercial space on the first floor, while the upper floors will accommodate 40 dwelling units.

The buildings will be equipped with a basement for parking, including ADA accessibility, as well as a roof deck for recreational purposes. Furthermore, to encourage sustainable transportation, 18 bicycle parking spaces will be provided on the first floor. We believe that this project will contribute positively to the neighborhood, providing a vibrant and inclusive community for both businesses and residents.
