Hawthorne Hall

Documented a derelict historical building to be converted into 1st floor commercial spaces with apartments on the floors above. This project has several phases to allow the owner to develop the project according to their financial and construction schedule. The initial phase secured the required Zoning and Building Permits so interior work could begin while the historic facade was documented and we developed a plan for restoration. This involved submissions and meetings with the Historical Commission to assure that the building retains the characteristics that make the Powelton neighborhood unique.
