The existing structure, boasting robust all-masonry construction, flaunts impressive ceiling heights of up to 24' clear, promising expansive and versatile spaces.

Our project emphasizes obtaining construction permits for the meticulous transformation of this warehouse gem. With seven tailgate loading positions accessible via a dedicated platform, efficiency and functionality are paramount. The adaptive renovation will modernize the facility to meet evolving commercial needs while preserving the structural integrity that defines the warehouse. The strategic location, coupled with the thoughtful redesign, positions this project as a beacon of urban adaptability, catering to the demands of contemporary commerce.
