Our first stage of this project involved securing a building permit for 1026 Arch St to transform the first floor and basement of the existing building into a bustling prepared food shop. This culinary hub will not only tantalize taste buds but also serve as a cultural hub, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Chinatown.

However, our ambitions extend far beyond the ground level. With an eye on the future, we are committed to obtaining historical approval for a transformative addition. This visionary addition will crown the existing structure with a six-story hotel, seamlessly integrating modern luxury with historic charm. The cellar will host a commercial unit, while the first floor will accommodate two additional commercial units, a lobby, and hotel rooms.

As we ascend, the second to fifth floors will be dedicated solely to hotel rooms, offering a total of 65 elegantly appointed spaces. This future stage of our project is not just about expansion; it's about honoring the past while embracing the future.
