Set to transform the urban landscape, our project entails underpinning for stability and the construction of an attached structure, meticulously designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustment, this innovative concept aims to redefine residential living in the heart of the city.

The attached structure will feature two interior parking spaces with an elevator, ensuring seamless accessibility and convenience for residents. Moreover, the crowning jewel of this design is the rooftop deck, offering panoramic views of the surrounding skyline and providing a serene escape amidst the urban bustle.
