This innovative project is designed to serve as a multifamily building, accommodating 20 modern apartments. Additionally, the building will feature underground accessory parking, including provisions for ADA accessibility with one designated van spot, ensuring inclusivity and compliance.
Our design also prioritizes sustainability and alternative transportation methods by incorporating seven Class 1A bicycle storage spaces on the first floor, promoting eco-friendly commuting options and enhancing the overall livability of the community.
With a focus on contemporary aesthetics, functionality, and community engagement, our proposal seeks to harmonize with the surrounding urban landscape while offering residents a comfortable, modern living environment.
