KEY INFORMATION

Parallel Architecture Studio pleased to present a project proposal for the change of use of an existing industrial building into a residential space. Our objective is to accommodate a total of 77 residential dwelling units, along with common areas and necessary amenities. Additionally, we plan to introduce a new 191 square feet, 1-story addition connecting the two existing buildings to enhance residential circulation. Furthermore, we aim to implement a new parking layout that includes 67 total parking spaces, along with 30 bike parking spaces classified as Class 1A.

This project aims to breathe new life into an existing industrial building by transforming it into a thriving residential community. Through the provision of comfortable dwelling units, well-designed common areas, and sustainable parking and transportation solutions, we aim to create a vibrant and inclusive living environment for future residents.
