Parallel Architecture Studio contributed to the development and improvement of the university community through the construction of a new five-story building with a basement. This building will serve as a residential complex, offering 96 housing units and 29 accessory parking spaces.

Our proposed project aims to address the growing demand for high-quality housing options for students, faculty, and staff in close proximity to the university campus. The building feature a modern architectural design and adhere to the highest construction and sustainability standards. The units vary in size and layout, ensuring a range of options to accommodate individuals, couples, and small families.
