Parallel Architecture Studio was tasked with designing a contemporary four-story single-family dwelling, featuring a basement, a roof deck, and an associated deck access structure. The design aims to blend comfort with modern elegance, creating a stylish living space that harmonizes with the principles of contemporary architecture. The studio focused on simplicity and functionality, ensuring that the house would meet the needs of modern family life while offering a sleek aesthetic.

The façade of the house is characterized by clean lines and a minimalist design, with large, strategically placed windows that allow natural light to flood the interiors. These windows not only brighten the space but also create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor environments. The entrance to the house is defined by its understated elegance, offering a warm and inviting space for residents and guests alike.

The roof deck, accessible through a dedicated structure, provides a private outdoor area with panoramic views, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Overall, Parallel Architecture Studio’s design balances modern sophistication with practicality, ensuring a comfortable and stylish living experience for the family while maintaining the essence of contemporary architectural principles.

Parallel Architecture Studio proposed townhouse development consists of 27 dwelling units, each with a ideal design and layout. The townhouses will be built on a spacious piece of land that will provide ample space for parking and other outdoor activities.

 

Each townhouse will have a minimum of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen. The units will also have a garage, a backyard, and a front porch. We have designed the units to maximize natural light and ventilation, creating a comfortable and relaxing living environment.

We take sustainability seriously, and we will incorporate green building techniques in the construction of the townhouses. We will use energy-efficient appliances and materials, install solar panels to reduce energy costs, and design the landscaping to conserve water.
